Lyn McGrath

Lyn was appointed on 14 February 2022, and was appointed Chair on 2 April 2026. She is a member of Heartland Bank Australia’s Audit Committee, People, Remuneration and Nominations Committee, and Risk Committee.

Lyn brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Heartland, gained from managing businesses in highly regulated and complex ASX 100 organisations. Her most recent executive roles included Executive General Manager, Retail and Executive General Manager, Wealth Advice at Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Group Executive, Retail Banking at Bank of Queensland.

Lyn was previously a Director of Challenger Bank, which was acquired by Heartland in April 2024 and subsequently renamed to Heartland Bank Australia. She is a director of a number of public and private companies including Chair of the Australian Digital Health Agency, and Director of Credit Corp and Malaysian listed bank CIMB Group Holdings Ltd.
